The cut and pocket layout used in these pants maintain a sufficiently civilian look to preserve anonymity, while retaining the full functionality of combat pants that are capable of supporting tactical necessities - and at the same time do not interfere with human anatomy. The elastic Velcro waistband allows for easy adjustment. Wide belt loops allow the use of belts up to 50 mm wide, including all HTX tactical belts: EDC, UTL®, or Cobras®. In addition, the cut, classic for blue jeans, has reduced the tendency to slide down during use. The thoughtful pocket layout allows equipment to be placed close to the center of gravity, around the hips and waist. The edges of the front and back pockets are reinforced to withstand the constant movement of lights or knife clips. The two front pockets with Velcro closures are large enough to carry a smartphone—or even an AR/AK rifle magazine. The zippered thigh pockets look flat, but their design allows for easy carrying of holsters or wallets. Custom-made inner pockets are waiting to be filled with Low Profile Protective Pads®.
