The KM HEAD 1950 inner barrel represents top-tier Japanese precision engineering. Designed for demanding airsoft players, it significantly improves consistency, accuracy, and overall shooting performance of AEG replicas.

The barrel is made from brass and finished with a TN (Teflon-Nickel) coating. This advanced surface treatment combines the hardness of nickel with the low-friction properties of Teflon, resulting in reduced friction, increased wear resistance, and smoother BB travel. According to the manufacturer, this can lead to up to a 10% increase in accuracy and performance compared to standard barrels.

Slight darker surface marks may appear due to residual Teflon within the nickel layer. This is a normal characteristic of the coating process and does not affect barrel quality or performance.

Manufactured to Tokyo Marui standards, the barrel is compatible with most AEG replicas using standard inner barrels. Grooves at the barrel end allow the use of centering spacers between the inner and outer barrel, enhancing shot stability. Compared to stock barrels, it also features a larger and better-shaped Hop-Up contact window, ensuring improved interaction with the Hop-Up bucking.

For optimal results, the use of high-quality precision BBs (such as BLS, G&G, or Madbull) is strongly recommended.
