The TECAFORM 2013 second generation piston head is manufactured from highly durable TECAFORM engineering plastic, also known as POM, valued for its strength and long lifespan. CNC machining ensures precise production with a total weight of only 8.7 g. The front face features nine air ports that allow airflow during compression, expanding the sealing O-ring and improving the seal between the piston head and the cylinder. A locking nut positioned in the center distributes clamping force over a larger area, preventing the mounting screw from tearing out of the piston head body.
