There are 9 holes on the front side that allow air to pass through during compression, which helps to expand the sealing O-ring for a better seal between the piston head and the cylinder. The integrated pneumatic brake closes the air flow before it hits the cylinder head, creating an air cushion for a cushioned impact and reduced noise. This design also reduces dynamic shocks transmitted to the gearbox. Installation requires expertise in airsoft weapons, especially the correct setting of the AoE (Angle of Engagement). The AoE must be set with the pneumatic brake depressed and with a clearance of 0.5-1 mm between the cylinder head and the piston head.
