S-trigger TM M40a5 90° trigger system for TM M40a5 and copies Durable, robust 90° design ready for the most powerful upgrades Designed and manufactured in the Slovak Republic ALL stainless steel construction (including fasteners, axles, and springs) Mounting blocks are made of brass on precision CNC machines Individual trigger components are cut on a CNC-controlled laser cutting machine. They are then finished by drilling, threading, reaming, and polishing. The piston catch is heat treated (hardened). Polished contact points ensure smooth trigger operation. The piston catch returns to its original position using two torsion springs. A single double torsion spring ensures the return of the trigger shackle. Easy DROP-IN installation, no modification of the firearm is necessary. No need to remove the brass block from the trigger before installation Optimized trigger pull (approx. 0.5 lb with M130 spring and 1 lb with M165 spring installed) Adjustable trigger OVER-TRAVEL Weight: 119 g Tested to M190 spring.
