Radio BAOFENG UV-5RM , tri-band, AIR, USB-C charging- Baofeng is a portable tri-band radio designed for versatile communication use. It offers multiple frequency bands with transmission power up to 8 W and convenient charging through a USB-C connector.

The radio supports AIR band reception in the 108–136 MHz range (AM RX) and wideband FM reception from 65–108 MHz. It features a 1.77″ TFT display with a full keypad for clear navigation and easy configuration of functions.

The device provides up to 999 memory channels, dual watch and dual receive functionality. Additional features include DTMF dialing, VOX voice-activated transmission and programmable repeater offset. A power-on password option can also be configured.

Power is supplied by a 2500 mAh 7.4 V Li-Ion battery. Additional features include an LED flashlight, programmable display backlight, adjustable squelch with 10 levels and selectable channel bandwidth. The radio also supports NOAA weather reception in the United States and Canada.
