Specna Arms continues to strengthen its position as an innovative brand in the airsoft market. In addition to advanced replicas equipped with modern electronic trigger units, the company now offers its own Dark Matter™ brushless motors, pushing electric airsoft performance to the next level.

The Dark Matter™ brushless motor eliminates traditional carbon brushes, reducing friction, heat, and electrical arcing. This results in smoother operation, faster trigger response, higher rate of fire, and greatly improved energy efficiency. In real-world use, brushless motors can deliver up to five times longer battery life compared to standard motors — for example, over 5,000 shots on a single 11.1 V / 1000 mAh battery.

The motor is housed in a durable aluminum casing with an aluminum motor base, ensuring maximum strength and reliability. Specna Arms also offers replaceable motor bases (aluminum or nylon). According to the manufacturer, Dark Matter™ motors are suitable for springs up to M190, with the 39,000 RPM version recommended for setups using springs up to M150.

Although the initial cost is higher, it is offset by exceptional durability, minimal maintenance requirements, and no need for brush replacement, making this motor a long-term, cost-effective upgrade.
