Horizontal Pouch LIF-H IFAK  - Ragnarök  - Multicam / Coyote  is designed for convenient and rapid access to medical equipment. Its horizontal construction allows it to be mounted on the lower part of a plate carrier, utilizing the space along the lower back while minimizing interference during movement, vehicle use or crawling.

The pouch consists of an outer pouch made from laminated Cordura® Squadron™ fabric with laser-cut construction and a removable inner organizer insert. The outer pouch attaches to the load-bearing system and its volume can be adjusted using a shock cord. The insert features elastic retention slots for a tourniquet, bandages, hemostatic dressings, chest seals and other medical equipment.

The ambidextrous design allows the insert to be removed with either the left or right hand. Once removed, the insert can be deployed in front of the user and used independently. Laminated Cordura® Squadron™ construction provides low weight, abrasion resistance and a compact profile.
