Hop-up chamber for M249 - metal 2nd GEN (CNC made) Precision Type (moRRisCZ) - EPeS is designed for M249 airsoft machine guns. The chamber is CNC machined from high-strength 7075 T6 aluminum, ensuring excellent durability and manufacturing precision. The surface is not anodized in order to preserve tight tolerances and maintain the hardness of the material.

The internal chamber design is optimized for correct seating of the hop-up bucking collar. The inner barrel is secured using four flat grub screws, allowing slight axial movement of the barrel. This enables better positioning of the hop-up bucking and minor alignment correction.

The chamber has been tested in Classic Army and A&K M249 replicas with more than thirty different hop-up buckings from various manufacturers and hardness levels. In most cases, testing resulted in muzzle velocity increases of around 10 m/s above the spring rating without additional sealing or tuning.

The chamber allows individual adjustments that help compensate for manufacturing tolerances in some rifle components. The package includes O-rings for adjusting the chamber fit inside the gearbox, a removable anti-rotation pin and pressure rollers of different lengths for adjusting hop-up pressure. The design also includes features for improved chamber stability within the barrel housing and outer barrel.
