The M20 offers two noise reduction modes—indoor and outdoor—with noise reduction efficiency above 82 dB. They have a noise reduction rating of 22 dB (NRR) and 24 dB (SNR) and meet the IPX-4 waterproof standard according to EN352-2:2020 and ANSI S3.19-1974. The device is equipped with 2 x 40 mAh batteries, which allow for up to 8 hours of operation. Charging is done via a portable charging box with a capacity of 300 mAh and a USB-C charging cable. The user is informed about the battery status, and the system automatically shuts down after two hours of inactivity, thus saving energy. Clear Voice Tracking technology ensures improved voice recognition in the user's surroundings and enhances communication quality.
