The E&L AK-104 Essential is a highly realistic airsoft replica of the legendary Kalashnikov assault rifle, built for maximum durability and authenticity. Made entirely of steel with oxidized surfaces, it offers a lifelike appearance and exceptional toughness. It’s the ideal choice for MilSim players, reenactors, and demanding airsoft enthusiasts who seek a realistic shooting experience.

The Essential series allows partial disassembly without tools and combines superior external craftsmanship with robust internal components. Polymer parts such as the handguard, grip, and folding stock replicate the real weapon for comfort and practicality.

Inside, the rifle features a reinforced Version 3 QSC gearbox with a quick spring change system, MOSFET unit for smooth and efficient performance, and low-resistance wiring with a T-Dean connector. Internal components include a 6.04 mm precision inner barrel, metal hop-up chamber, steel gears (18:1 ratio), piston with metal teeth, steel cylinder, and E&L M120 neodymium motor.

With a muzzle velocity of up to 120 m/s, the rifle performs best with 0.25–0.28 g BBs and runs on 11.1 V Li-Pol / Li-Ion stick-type batteries.
