AirsoftParts NBU piston head EN AW 6012 T6

The piston head is manufactured from EN AW 6012 T6 aluminum alloy on a CNC machining center and weighs 11.4 g. The front face features nine air ports that allow airflow during compression, expanding the sealing O-ring and improving the seal between the piston head and the cylinder. An integrated axial ball bearing enables smooth spring rotation during compression, significantly extending spring lifespan. The NBU design features enlarged dimensions to maximize cylinder air volume and is therefore compatible only with NBU cylinders. Rear lightening supports increased muzzle velocity, while a centering ring helps prevent cylinder damage.
