Cylinder Head for Gearbox v.II / v.III Classic 2nd Generation – Airsoft Parts (HV-CLAS) is manufactured from high-quality EN AW 6012 T6 aluminum on a CNC machining center in the Czech Republic. It is designed for maximum precision, durability, and reliable performance, supporting springs up to M150.

To ensure a perfect air seal between the cylinder head and cylinder, two O-rings are used. The first O-ring has a slightly smaller diameter for easier installation, while the second larger O-ring provides optimal sealing during operation. The impact surface features a shaped pad with a hardness of 70 ShA to help absorb impact and protect the gearbox shell.

The surface is treated with chemical nickel plating, creating a thin and uniform nickel layer. This significantly improves surface lubricity, wear resistance, and corrosion protection, ensuring long-term consistent performance.
