The Classic 2nd Generation NBU cylinder head by AirsoftParts is precision CNC-machined from EN AW 6012 T6 aluminum. Two sealing O-rings provide excellent sealing between the cylinder and the cylinder head. The first ring has a slightly smaller diameter for easier installation, while the second ensures maximum air tightness.

The specially designed stepped impact surface helps prevent piston head damage caused by angled impacts during operation. Impact forces are transferred to the strongest part of the piston head, significantly increasing its service life. A rounded air inlet improves airflow into the nozzle for better compression efficiency.

The surface is chemically nickel-plated, providing excellent smoothness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and smooth nozzle movement. The design can increase muzzle velocity by approximately 4 m/s compared to standard compression components.
