The second generation Raccoon Mk2 backpack by Helikon-Tex is designed as a versatile pack for everyday carry as well as demanding outdoor and airsoft activities. Its durable 500D Cordura construction ensures long service life and reliability. The main compartment includes a sleeve for a hydration bladder or small laptop and a mesh pocket for internal organization, with a covered top port for routing a hydration hose or cables. The front compartment features an organizer for EDC items. Both compartments are accessed via two-way YKK zippers protected by a water-resistant flap and include drainage holes at the bottom. The sides and front are covered with MOLLE webbing for attaching additional pouches, while the front also features a hook-and-loop panel for patches and an elastic bungee cord for securing extra gear. Side and bottom compression straps allow volume adjustment and additional gear attachment. The back panel is reinforced with a plastic insert to prevent deformation and padded with 3D foam for airflow, while lightly padded shoulder straps with an adjustable sternum strap and quick-release buckles provide comfort. A simple removable waist belt enhances stability when needed.
