Product: AEG Mk.II universal V2/3 cylinder head - short 80sh - EPeS Description: This cylinder head is designed with a short nozzle nose, optimized for nozzles shorter than 20 mm, such as EVO III ASG. Thanks to the increased stroke of the nozzle arm, a nozzle up to 1 mm longer can be used, which improves the seal between the nozzle and the hop-up rubber when firing and eliminates feeding problems without compromising the seal. The unique cylinder head mounting system in the gearbox makes this product universal for V2 and V3 gearboxes from various manufacturers. The holes for the locking pins are optimized for Retro Arms gearboxes. Impact rubbers made of polyurethane (PU) rubber are available in hardnesses of 70, 80, and 90 sh, with a maximum impact area for different spring forces: 70 sh for springs up to SP130, 80 sh for springs up to SP160, and 90 sh for SP170 springs and stronger. For optimal performance, we recommend using a spring force one grade lower than the maximum recommended for a given rubber hardness. A version without impact rubber is also available, allowing easy use with any PU stop or Sorbopad according to the required hardness and AOE setting. Compared to the Mk.I version, an H+PTFE surface treatment has been added, the nozzle nose length has been extended, the nozzle nose diameter has been modified, and the impact rubber has been redesigned for better impact energy distribution. The cylinder head is made of EN AW 7075-T6 aircraft-grade duralumin with an H+PTFE coating, which ensures ideal sliding properties and high abrasion resistance. The impact rubber is made of PU rubber and the sealing O-rings are made of NBR 70 sh rubber. The product is manufactured in the Czech Republic.
