Product: AEG Mk.II universal V2/3 cylinder head - extra long - without stop - EPeS Product description: This cylinder head is designed to optimize the performance of AEG weapons using nozzles shorter than 32 mm, such as BREN ASG. Thanks to the extended nozzle nose and increased nozzle arm stroke, it allows the use of nozzles up to 1 mm longer, which improves the seal between the nozzle and the hop-up rubber when firing and eliminates feeding problems. The unique cylinder head mounting system ensures universal compatibility with V2 and V3 gearboxes from various manufacturers. The holes for the locking pins are optimized for Retro Arms gearboxes. The impact rubbers are made of polyurethane rubber with hardnesses of 70, 80, and 90 sh, with recommendations for springs up to SP130, SP160, and SP170 and stronger. For optimal performance, we recommend using a spring one grade lower than the maximum recommended hardness of the impact rubber. The cylinder head is made of EN AW 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with an H+PTFE coating, which ensures ideal sliding properties and high abrasion resistance. The sealing O-rings are made of NBR 70 sh rubber. Note: This model is supplied without impact rubber, which can be purchased separately. Made in the Czech Republic.
