Product: AEG Mk.II universal V2/3 cylinder head - extra long 80sh - EPeS Product description: This cylinder head is designed with a long nozzle nose, making it ideal for use with nozzles shorter than 32 mm (e.g., BREN ASG). Thanks to the increased stroke of the nozzle arm compared to standard cylinder heads, it allows the use of up to 1 mm longer nozzles, improving the seal between the nozzle and the hop-up rubber when firing and eliminating feeding problems without losing tightness. The unique cylinder head mounting system in the gearbox ensures versatility for use with V2 and V3 gearboxes from different manufacturers. The holes for the locking pins are optimized for Retro Arms gearboxes. The impact rubbers are made of polyurethane (PU) rubber with hardnesses of 70, 80, and 90 sh. The maximum impact surface is 70 sh for springs up to SP130, 80 sh for springs up to SP160, and 90 sh for SP170 springs and stronger, ideal for high-rate-of-fire and high-capacity weapons such as machine guns. It is recommended to use a spring with a hardness one grade lower than the recommended hardness of the impact rubber. A version without impact rubber is also available for use with any PU stop or Sorbopad that matches the hardness and height of the stop for optimal AOE adjustment. Compared to the previous Mk.I version, the Mk.II version includes an H+PTFE coating, extended nozzle nose length, modified nozzle nose diameter, and redesigned impact rubber for better impact energy distribution. Made of EN AW 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with an H+PTFE coating, which ensures ideal sliding properties and high wear resistance. The impact rubber is made of PU rubber and the sealing O-rings are made of NBR 70 sh rubber. The product is manufactured in the Czech Republic.
