The UBAS V2 FIGHTER GEN 2 was developed as part of the completely redesigned FIGHTER GEN 2 range created from direct feedback provided by professional operators in real-world deployments. This new generation is not simply an evolution of previous equipment but a fully redesigned operational platform engineered for maximum performance across the full operational spectrum. The V2 version introduces increased technical refinement, strategic reinforcements, and advanced functional features developed for professionals operating in demanding environments. Its construction is based on materials proven in real-world operations and designed to deliver maximum durability, mobility, and comfort during prolonged use.
The main torso section is made from micro-perforated polyester that provides excellent breathability when worn under plate carriers or ballistic protection. The material efficiently wicks body moisture and helps maintain stable thermal comfort during intense physical activity and long deployments. Sleeves are constructed from NyCo RipStop fabric consisting of 50% nylon and 50% cotton, combining mechanical durability with long-term comfort.
The shoulders are reinforced with CORDURA® material and equipped with 2 mm micro-perforated foam padding to reduce pressure caused by heavy tactical equipment and ballistic gear. Breathable mesh underarm panels improve ventilation during dynamic movement and high physical exertion.
The elbows are reinforced with CORDURA® and include compartments for optional D3O elbow pads accessible from inside the sleeve for secure retention in all conditions. This modular protection system allows the operator to adapt the protection level according to mission requirements without restricting mobility.
The lower hem features a silicone anti-slip band that prevents the shirt from pulling out of combat pants during movement and ensures stable positioning during operational use.
